How to get delivery of our Bushfarm Meat

Bushfarm Foods provides a convenient delivery service direct to your home. It’s quick, simple and easy. Below is a step-by-step guide to how to schedule your delivery.

  1. Choose a box type that meets your family requirements. Alternatively, create your own custom box using our individual cuts.
  2. When you are happy with the contents, click to confirm.
  3. Our standard boxes usually last for one month. We will get in touch to remind you when your next box is due.
  4. Payment is easy and can be made via bank transfer, credit or debit card.

How big is the box?

The box that the meat is delivered in is 58 cm x 38 cm x 8 cm. However each item is individually packaged and the packs will fit into 1.5 drawers/shelves of your standard family-sized freezer.

If you have a larger chest freezer ( every home should have one!) then you will have plenty of space.

When does Bushfarm deliver?

We deliver every Friday using DHL. Please note orders must be received by 5pm Wednesday in order to be delivered the following Friday.

What’s your delivery charge?

All our deliveries are free of charge.

When is the latest that I can order my box for same week delivery?

We deliver every Friday using DHL. Orders need to be placed before 5pm on Wednesday in order to be included in the delivery schedule for the following Friday.

Where can you leave my box if I’m not at home to receive it?

DHL will contact you to ensure that you are home when the delivery is made. DHL stipulates that the order must be signed for so someone will need to be at home to accept the delivery.

Can I get my box delivered to work?

Yes, you can have it delivered to any alternative address that you wish provided that you have a facility to keep it frozen.

How and when do I pay for my regular order?

Payment is taken at time of order when you “checkout”.

How do I change my card details on my account?

Call our helpline or send us an email and we can update your account with you. Please note, for security reasons we are unable to view your current card details so we can’t tell you what card is active on your account.
