LAMB LEG FILLET

 

The lamb leg fillet is the top, meaty part of the leg itself. Although a smaller cut than the whole leg, there is still plenty of meat for the whole family. This cut is particularly popular around Spring and Easter and ideal for that big Easter Sunday dinner. Rosemary and mint work well with lamb as well as Asian spices and sweet flavours like apricot.
