Our lamb is pure and natural Irish lamb that has great meatiness and flavour no matter what the cut or how it is cooked. All of our animals live outside for as long as possible during the year and are grass-fed on the green pasture lands of Dunmore East. There’s a theory that the salt air ensures that the meat will be tender. Whatever the cause, we know you’ll enjoy this fantastic leg of lamb!
